Service Agreement
  • By engaging with Radstek, the client agrees to provide accurate project requirements, necessary access credentials, and timely approvals required for successful project completion.
  • Project Scope
    All services including CRM customization, automation, integrations, development, consulting, and support will be delivered based on the mutually agreed project scope and requirements shared before project initiation.
  • Timeline & Delivery
    Project timelines are estimated based on the information provided by the client. Delays in approvals, content sharing, third-party access, or communication may affect delivery schedules.
  • Payment Terms
    Clients agree to make payments as per the agreed quotation, invoice, or milestone schedule. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed due date.
  • Refund Policy
    Refunds will not be made once the project has been initiated, resources have been allocated, or work has commenced. 
  • Third-Party Services
    Radstek may integrate or work with third-party platforms such as Zoho, Razorpay, APIs, hosting providers, or external applications. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, limitations, or technical issues caused by third-party services.
  • Client Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, authorized access, and required documents/content necessary for project execution. Delays caused due to missing information from the client side will not be the responsibility of Radstek.
  • Confidentiality
    All business information, credentials, and project-related data shared with Radstek will be treated as confidential and used only for project-related purposes.
  • Any post-delivery support, modifications, maintenance, or additional customization outside the agreed scope may be subject to separate charges unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Radstek shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, business, financial, or data loss arising from the use of our services, software integrations, or project deliverables.
